b. Prohibited Content: Users are not allowed to post content that:

  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or explicit material.
  • Promotes illegal activities.
  • Includes spam, scams, or phishing attempts

c. Reporting: User can report any content or behavior they find inappropriate or harmful.

Moderation Actions

a. Warning: For minor violation, users may receive a warning and guidance to connect their behavior

b. Content Removal: Content that violates our policy will be removed immediately .

c. Account Suspension: Repented or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s account.

Appeals Process

a. Users whose accounts are suspended may appeal the decision by contacting our support team at connect@lightshare.online.

b. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be communicated promptly.

User Responsibilities

a. Adherence to Guidelines: Users must read and follow this Moderation Policy at all times.
b. Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report violations to help maintain the integrity of the community.
c. Constructive Participation: Users should engage in constructive and uplifting interactions that foster community growth.
