No Return Policy

a. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
b. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

a. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • You receive the wrong item due to an error on our part.

b. Refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Cost

a. Shipping cost are non-refundable unless the error was made by PureHeart Connection or LightShare.
b. If your refund is approved, you will receive a refund for the item cost only.
